Small staff of 18 serves 60,000 customers in 16 square miles of La Costa, Leucadia, and Village Park in Encinitas.

Sewer service charge for a single-family home is $16.17 per month. Statewide average is $22. Rates were reduced three times during the 1990s and have remained one of the lowest in San Diego County for the past 10 years. |
