CSDA Teacher Grant Program
This program was developed to help increase knowledge and awareness of Special Districts and their role in local government at local high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. Special Districts are the most direct link to government for many Californians, yet few people understand how Special Districts work and their history within the community.
During the 2009-2010 school year the California Special District Association San Diego Section will award grants to teachers in local elementary, middle, and/or high schools in the County of San Diego. The
District anticipates awarding up to thirteen grants up to $1,000 each.
