General Counsel Legal Services
The Leucadia Wastewater District is currently soliciting proposals for professional legal services from qualified firms. Please find attached a copy of the request for proposal (RFP) package that includes the draft scope of work for the project.
To be considered, one (1) original and five (5) copies of your firm’s proposal must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday, October 9, 2026 to the following address:

In addition, a pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Leucadia Wastewater District training room (at the address above). All interested firms are encouraged to attend.
