Audited Comprehensive Financial Report

State law requires that all governmental agencies and special districts conduct an annual audit from a firm of licensed certified public accountants. With this audit information a Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is developed and presented to our Board of Directors for approval. The goal of the financial audit is to provide reasonable assurance to the Board of Directors and the District’s ratepayers that the financial statements of the District are free of material misstatement and that we follow the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
